Money duplication on zoneing after purchase ?!?

When someone on my server buys stuff or puts thier money in the bank and then zones the player gets thier money back in thier inventory successfully duplication money. Is there any way to stop this ?

I'm using peqkunark in eqemu 6.0dr2
