TL.sql question

I am using 6.0 DR2 and my eqgame.exe is from 11/17/04 and running it on XP Home Ed. I had a working emu but recently lost mysql and had to reinstall it. Since then I've been trying to reinstall.

The database files I have sourced are:
PEQ_Kunark_RC1.sql
merchantlist_temp.sql
doors_update.sql
zonepoints.sql
tributes.sql
npc.sql (ALTER TABLE npc_types ADD npc_aggro TINYINT NOT NULL DEFAULT '0';)

I have also used quest_globals.sql and DBUpdate.sql but didn't source them this time. None of the databases I've put together so far have worked. I don't have tl.sql. How important is this file? Does anyone know what this database file contains and if it is really needed for a successfully running server? I've done a search on the forum for this file. There are exactly six posts referenced. Only one of those has a link to the file and that link is no longer working. Below are the problems I've been having.

EQemu problems:
1. EQ crashes when entering world for the first time (see 7)
2. PC and NPC skins are often vampire white instead of their correct color.
3. [Error] Error in LoadTributes level query 'SELECT id,name,descr FROM tributes':#1146: Table 'eq2.tribute_levels' doesn't exist (all errors are in world.exe)
4. [Error] Starting command queue Mapping... (no maps)
5. Logged in: FirstLogin Account #2: USERNAME_HERE (showed up in world.exe on char creation)
6. Received unknown opcode: 0x02eb size:0 bytes and zoneID is NULL in Client::Clearance!!
7. Received unknown opcode: 0x0376 size:0 bytes (client disconnects and eq crashes here)

If anyone can troubleshoot this for me and give me some clue to why I'm getting these errors, that would make my day! Thanks in advance, Astartae
