As far as I know those errors are not mission critical errors except for maybe addon.ini, although I would recommend fixing at least the logging portion, which is easy, just crete a directory in the eqemu directory called logs exit and restart the server and it will be fixed. The other two errors, if you download the source for 6.0, or the compiled binaries for windows, there are two files in the zip file...
eqtime.cfg and addon.ini
just copy them into the eqemu directory and restart the server. Should take care of your errors.
In terms of the warning: you need to get laid.... well, I can't help you with that
