duel wield?

I tried using the /setskill for duel wield but I still can't duel wield. and yes it was with a class that was able to duel wield

...if I put the skill to 255 on a class that usually can't get 255 skill will that effect it? should I try just putting it at 50 or something to see if it works? I also tried to spawn a trainer but when I right clicked him it just locked up my mouse functions. any help would be great =)
