I need an item suggestion please..

Hi...Well I cant get my server stable enough with perl so Im not gonna use it
at this time..So I have a problem. I dont want to allow players to use #zone
command but I dont want them to camp in any other zone but POK.

So I need an item that all players can use but allows them to return to their
bind point at any time.
Maybe there is a charm item for this?? I found a sword and a staff that can do this and thats OK but I dont think all player types can use these items.

I dont know hardly any items used in EQ as I have only played the game since beginning of this year.
