Default world.exe crashing

Ever-since 6.0 came out I have been unable to run a server. I'm tring to run an 0.6.2 server. I do have the right client for the verson I am trying to host, but I don't even get to the part where I can open everquest. For some odd reason world.exe crashes at EMuShareMem loaded (Screen shot here)... I have no idea whats going on. I tried running the world-debug.exe and it does the samething. The files I am using I got here.

I have no-idea on how to fix this... Here is a list of stuff.
Error message: Here.
Perl-Installed 100%.
Mysql-installed 100% verson: Here.
Database: Here
Databse im using: Here.
Loginserver.ini, db.ini, boot5zones.bat, and EQemu files: Here.
system info: Here.

If there any other info that you guys need let me know..
