Bard Instruments

I am running a 0.6.6 server. I was wondering if there is a fix to the bard instruments. They currently are not modifying the song's appropriatly. Thanks.

If there is not a fix, is there a way i can just made there be a permenant modifyer to all bard songs no matter if they are using an instrument or not. Thanks
