Question Issues settig up a lan server

I have been trying to set up a lan server because the place I'mmoving to in a few months doesn't have internet. So far I used the autoinstall program and I was able to set up a server on my main PC. Then I was able to log on with that same pc on to the game and play. My problem happens when I try to log on to me Server from my laptop. It gives me the 1017 error.

The eqhost file on the laptop is as follows:

[LoginServer]
Host=192.168.1.101:5999

The eqemu_cofig.xml is this

<?xml version="1.0">
<server>
<world>
<shortname>Rev</shortname>
<longname>Revolution</longname>

<!-- Only specify these two if you really think you need to. -->
<address>127.0.0.1</address>
<localaddress>192.168.1.101</localaddress>

<!-- Loginserver information. -->
<loginserver>
<host>192.168.1.101</host>
<port>5999</port>
<account></account>
<password></password>
</loginserver>

<!-- Sets the shared key used by zone/launcher to connect to world -->
<key>some long random string</key>

<!-- Enable and set the port for the HTTP service. -->
<http port="9080" enabled="true" mimefile="mime.types" />
</world>

<!-- Database configuration, replaces db.ini. -->
<database>
<host>localhost</host>
<port>3306</port>
<username>eq</username>
<password>eq</password>
<db>eq</db>
</database>
</server>

If there are any other files i'llneed to post let me know. I've tried a few thigs but I'm still ew to all this, so any help would be nice.

P.S. Thanks to all you guys here who have made this emulator what it is today. you all have done some nice work.
