Would anyone like to start up a server with me?

Hello,
I know this sounds really "noobish", but would anyone like to start up a server with me?

I do have a box that I used for stuff like this in the past; it has Win2k3, Plesk, its on my connection (Commercial line, 11MBITS)

2.86GHZ Processor
1GB of RAM
