Ok well I figured it out my self. I had the mysql database field in the database when I was trying to set it up as a public server and so when ever I or any one else tryed to log on it was looking for the IP Address field for minilogin and wasn't finding it so it wasn't working. So now I can log in and I get past the create your player screen and get into the world and a few sec. after I get in my zone.exe gets an error and has to close down. I am going to try and reinstall the server software and see if that takes care of the problem.
