Character Select Issue

I believe this is a client UI issue but I am not sure.
I have started up my server and everything seems to work fine.
When I get to the Character select screen I have no Interface.
It shows a human warrior with name 'load'. It does the normal human animations but I can not log into the server even by pressing enter.
I dont get any UI Errors in the log file however.

Reason I think this is a UI issue.. When I installed Titanium It locks up and reboots the machine when it is about completed. My last CD has some scratches on it, and Sony wouldnt replace it /sigh Yay for them.
I copied my UI from what I have used for a long time off of a backup that should have been around the time when I first installed Titanium and did a patch. However this was a couple months of patching for live EQ.
If this is so, any ideas where I can get a copy of the UI at?
