Default Minilogin error, could be db but it throws an unknown opcode too

Okay When I try to login to my own server I can see my server just fine, but when i click to play it hangs for a few seconds and returns to the login screen. no error messages. But It could be two things, either the unknown opcode it throws which I think means im screwed totally. Or my db is messed. Sorry if this has been answered already but Ive searched all over. Here is a dump of all the crap that it spits out.
