forgotten password

Firstly

my apologies if this is in the wrong place.

Q.

I joined this site quite sometime ago, and had an account (well actually 2) of the 3 allowed in the user CP

Now for watever reason, I went back to live EQ, and now I am back here, but unfortuanalty I have forgotten my password, I have been able to acrtivate the third slot and am using that now, but... is there anyway to recover those login server passwords, or perhaps to delete those 2 used accounts and start them again please
