Most "Complete" DB/Quests?

It's been a while, but I figured I'd find myself back here soon enough...

Which of the available DB/quest combinations are considered the most "complete"? I'm looking for something that's as close to live plat EQ as possible; is that ProjectEQ? If so, is there any other way to get it than CVS?

Right now I'm working with the Ykesha DB/quest pack, but as the name implies, it's not nearly complete.

Thoughts?
