Default About the qglobal flag

Before I updated my system to the latest EQEmu code/PEQ database I could write quests using quest globals with any NPC I thought of and it worked right out-of-the-box. Then after updating, NOT !

Indeed you need to specify qglobal for all NPCs reading quest globals (they can still set globalseven if not flagged, but not read them).

I just wanted to higlight it, as I was surprised to see my stuff not working late last night after the update. Setting all NPC qglobal to '1' fixed it for me .Yeah I do not care about perfs yet.

I must add that it is clearly as expected, it is certainly better for performance to be selective in that matter. Just it took me by surprise after midnight so I was like "grrrrr".
