Changing Spawn Times (Cazic, Vox etc)

Anyone know how to change a spawn, such as Cazic thule, so he pops instantly, rather than with some sort of delay? I looked @ Spawn2, spawngroup, etc, and am rather confused! Any advice would be appreciated.
