Noone attacked you, or "wailed" on you. Trevius never said your software was malicious. In fact, he said ..

You don't have to release your source if you don't want to and Trev doesn't have to use it if he doesn't want to. Let's not argue over petty things. There are plenty more important and productive things we could be doing.
