Harvestables?

Question about harvestable ground spawns - how would I impliment or make changes to ground spawns? For example, the mushrooms in Shar Vahl arn't anywhere to be found and I havn't found where they are referenced (if they are at all) -

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated
