Shutting down a EQEmu server question

I'm playing around with an EQ server and I've got it installed with PEQ and running with a minilogin and everything is great. I was wondering, though, is there a gentle way to shutdown the EQ server other than "Ctrl+C"ing the command-line box's on the server hosting it?
