Using PEQ DB. I had checked the ChangeLogs and so on - had the DB refreshed changed , reset
Running the server on Windows.

I zone into other zones, the character sits there and cant move.

Zoned into Gfaydark and it says the character is beneath the world and I cant move with any #goto or any command to move except #zone

In Tutorial I can walk over the bridge then once i walk off the bridge I float until I hit the hill then I cant move at all
