I have to agree. You might want to start with a higher per IP limit to start with and then lower is later on to get a base going.
2 being the minimum.
I thought about the point farming issue and came up with a somewhat viable ideas to prevent it.
First off, no points for toons killed from the same IP.
No points from toons who are unguilded. No guilding/deguilding except in a certain zone.
Unguilded toons can't cast beneficials on others. Forcing people to guild thier toons if they want to use them and removing immortal healers.
Keep track of PKers kills so he can't get points from the same toon for more than once a day.
Limit the # of points a day a person can get a day.
Newly PKed aren't worth any points. Prevents people from passing a points source around.
Basically, make it pain to work the system.
