Live has the 10th year vetern AA "Summon Agent of Resupply". Basically, it summons a familiar that can be used as a merchant. Seeing as we're working with an older client, the spell it uses probably isn't in the Titanium spell file.

And yes, those Monster Summoning spells get used by low level mages. They proc a stun that is great at the lower levels. Even at the higher levels, it's still a good pet to use. From 71-75, Monster Summoning V is the best regular pet a mage can use until they get their 76 Air pet.
