Stormhaven not in server list

Hi all
I am having trouble when logging in and getting a list of servers, but not having Stormhaven in that list to connect to. It only happens sometimes, but is very frustrating.
Is it because the Stormhaven server has gone offline (I assume it is) but havnt read anywhere about outages or anyone else having this issue.
