Bugs that affect the PEQ database can be reported here at the PEQ forums, specifically the "Database Bugs" forum.

If you actually do the work and put some SQL together to correct the issue, you can post it in the MySQL Submissions Forum.

Cavedude (the primary person in charge of the PEQ database) checks these forums, but they aren't a priority for him.
