Old Bot system to new bot system

I just updated today after a couple months, and I found out that bots have been cleaned up quite a bit. This is a good thing, as the old system was messy, though I am having problems using my old bots with the new system.
I would like to know:

Is there a way to use old bots in the new bot system? Like some sort of conversion or something?
