Instance script

Could anyone post or link me to a working example instance script for raids? I want to have a base # of people in the raid for the players to even access the instance and create a lockout timer. I am very new to instancing. Also how do i set a max # of raids for the instance and set it so it checks that the players are in a raid? Any help with this would be great.
