BOT Raid Commands Not Working

Ok I'm stumped here. For some reason I can't bring up any of the raid commands. This time I checked and verified the syntax, unlike last issue I had.

When I type in

#bot raid help

Nothing shows up. I've reloaded the database, and re-did everything and some reason I still can't. I've been sourcing all the latest files. Anyone can assisst?
