Data4.cab not found

I reformatted my computer and tryed installing EQ Titanium back on it but on disc 3 it keeps getting hung up at where it trys to install Data4.cab. I remember way back when, it had a lil hickup on disc 3 but some how it got past it. I have windows 7 now and it just freezes. Cant get it installed. Anyone have a fix for this ?
