Raid Addicts Server -- New Changes

Level Cap Increase from 87 - 100
Spells all the way up to 100 (Up to 100 new spells from 87 - 100 depending on class) *YES THAT'S RIGHT* Up to 100 NEW SPELLS per class up to level 100
Rev 1674 Update - No More Mana cap and lots more changes
