Current LDON status ?

I just updated to the latest SVN of everything. The quest, maps, core and database. The only thing that I could not get working was the login server. I had to go back to the one from Devnoob, which is working fine for me.

I seem to remember the last time I played that I could do LDoN's from NRO and Butcher and those merchants and recruiters spoke. I notice now that they do not respond and looking at the quest directory I see no PERL files for those NPC's. What is the current system and is this broken ? Thanks so much for any info, totally excited on playing again.
