Moving Login server account to my eqemu account

I sent a PM to Rog, and I'm sure he's the one who can help me, but I haven't gotten any response. I know there's a lot going on, so I'm not really trying to rush anything, just wondering if there's someone else maybe I should talk to that could help me.

I have an account that I do not have the eqemulator login info for. But I'd like to be able to change the password on the account. The guy I got it from no longer plays the account. In fact, I haven't seen him on his other account at all lately. Anyway, just would like to be able to swap the name so I can feel safe putting plat/items on the account.
