password recovery!

So, i have my login info to the EQEMU site. Now for the huge problem...i cant remember my password for my login account to the game. I went in and tried changing in in the user CP...but it requires you having the current pw to change it....So please dont tell me im screwed. Theres no way to recover it AT ALL?
