Problem w/ Boot5zones.bat

I've managed to get everything to work correctly up to this point, and I've searched through past posts...as of yet, I cannot find an answer to this one:

I can run Minilogin and World just fine, and as soon as I try to run boot5zones.bat, the following happens:

It gets to the point where it says,
"Loading zone names, items, & NPCs...done." and then it crashes out. (In theory, the next part is where it loads spells...and I know I have that all configured correctly....I think)

All I get is 5 Windows XP "send an error report" windows, and when I dug into the error report, it gave zero detail about what caused the error. After the error occurs, there are no further events listed in either the minilogin or world windows. Also, I am not getting any indication of an error in the boot5zones windows either, it just stops at that point then closes.

Any ideas?
