Can't enter world/Zone.exe crash

[Jujubeez]

Hey me and a couple friends been trying to get this server working for a few days now. We can see it on the public login server, login to the server, create a character but when we try to enter the world zone.exe crashes? I can't even figure out where it's erroring, there doesn't seem to be much wrong in the log files. It's a regular windows 7 home version fresh install and I followed the guides precisely.
