Titanium users zoning into keyed zones = server wreck

I have a strange bug on my server where if someone who uses titanium zones into howling stones or veeshan's peak, they go LD in like 5 seconds after, and the server computer looks like it has just memoryleaked to death, everything is slow and i have to restart server to clear the choppiness.

I even removed the keys from those zones and made them unlocked, and still they zone into specifically howling stones or VP and it slows the server to a grind.

If i can catch it, ill post error code
