Once you have your issue fixed, you can always try setting EQ back to the resolution you want and desktop to match. Sometimes just fixing it and setting it back corrects the resolution issues.

If you are running the Titanium client, it is pretty old and may not support all current monitor resolutions like the newer clients do.
