Cannot connect to login server

So im at a hospital and am going to be here for quite some time. Im connected to the internet but I cannot get past the login screen. It tells me to check my internet. Im thinking whatever port the connection goes through is blocked here. Is there an alternate method to logging in that im not aware of or anyone know of a way around this?
