ITEM's Effect unknow DB String 6333-6

Dear All,

I using Underfoot clinet and import the Underfoot orignal Spell_us.txt to my EQEMU.
But I got some question about the item effects, that have many unknow DB String xxxx-x.
Like the ITEM#105559 (Arc of Pain) it have effect spell ID#6333 (Chaotic Strike IV) but Underfoot Client have some unknow DB String 6333-6...

How can I fix this? since many items also snow as unknow DB String....

Please help.
