Priest of discord

When players say wish to go discord to a priest of discord it always responds with Im sorry but discord is not available to me right now. I was wondering if thats normal and if it is where can i locate the pl file for priests of discord so i can edit it.

EDIT: I did search for an answer to this on the forums and google but came up empty
