Faction Headache. ><

I can't seem to find what I'm doing wrong with the factions, I've used the guide at this link, however, I couldn't find npc_faction_values anywhere no my Database table, so I assumed it got collapsed into another table -shrug-...

Anyway, attached are a couple pictures to show you the steps I took.
