Ok, got it working. Oddest thing. I figured my router IP address may have changed and I checked it in beginning and it had. So, I altered my port forward and it didn't work. Hence, the start of all my questions. After nothing worked and sitting and banging my head, I came to conclusion that that has to be the issue. Tried again and it worked immediately. Not sure what went wrong first time.

So, for anyone else, try it multiple times just in case.
