Character Screen Problems

I finally got past the server select screen to the character screen but now none of the buttons will work.

This is not the same problem I see many talking about. I can see everything on the screen just fine.

I click the create character button and see the button depress but nothing happens. Like the script/code connected to the button is not running.

I'm running the SOD client.

Any ideas of what I can look at to fix this?
