beginner need a help

hello all , this is my 1st time to use this program.
i have a few problems want to get some help by someone.

1: i cannot pass the character selection page. once i created a char then clicked Enter world. it will force me back to server selection page.

2: i dunno how to use EQemu Admin. should i open it b4 run EQemu or after run EQemu ? is there any Readme that i can learn how to use Admin ? how to set the details in Preferences ?

3: after i used EQemu Admin , my char in char selection page usually will delected.

i can setup all the things but cannot go into the world.


ps: currently using 0.2.2 but 0.2.3 db , Win XP~
