Why is 'npcspecialattks' in the newer PEQ daily dumps?

This file HERE ... removes the field .. and is never added back with any of the other SQLs.. is there a reason it still exists? I see a command in game can update the field... but other than that I don't see anything else that uses that field. The inconsistent fields in the database can really get annoying.. so just wonder if I need to Axe it from my database or will this field be getting used ?
