We have a Halloween Event running most of October 31st which will be taking place in Qeynos Hills and East Commonlands. See http://www.eqpvp.com/index.php/topic,2643.msg15547 for more information. If you have not started yet, don't worry it does not take long to level up and we also recently doubled the group experience!
