Strange Spell crashing issue

Is the spell data in the database table `spells_new` different from the client file `spells_us`? I had a similar issue and didn't bother looking at the logs because I knew why it was happening. I had forgot to make a new client spell file after changing a few spells.

Just throwing that out there.

EDIT: You didn't say although it could be assumed you were casting the same spell from different character/class/levels?

EDIT: I don't know enough to make sense of that error log.
