chars all gone, still not able to get back on server

seems to me whats happening is i am timing out in like 30 seconds, not getting a responce from the servers after the character select screen, i have 3 chars on lethals server and they are not listed there any more, when i log on i get transfer of info to and from the server then after the char select screen it stops coming in from the server, though my puter is still transmitting its not recieving anything. so maybe it has somthing to do with latency i dont know, too frustrated to sit and try and log on for 30 minutes, i have been on and its fine at times and other times it doesnt work for me, maybe its my internet connection am running only 56k, well good job on your servers anyways
