Focus affects - Displaying 0 percent.

I am new to all of this. I recently followed the instructions on the wiki and built my own windows EQEmu server. The only thing i had to do, after several rebuilds, is source the bot code, which I don't recall seeing in the instructions anywhere. But, that isn't what I am here to talk about, just a bit of history.

I have noticed a large number of focus effects on gear say Increase the damage of (whatever it is increasing) up to 0 percent. This bonus will decay on spells over X.

So far it seems to be on damage based focus effects. You can look at defiant gear, mage summoned bracelets and other items as well. I do not know if this is a display bug on my end, a problem with my database or a problem with the actual PEQ database. I don't know enough about the tables, yet, to check myself.

I realize I am a noob so if it is something silly I am overlooking, let me know. Also, my friend and I have been noticing some incorrect content. I want to see this project be the best it can be and I do want to contribute, if its wanted, but at the same time I don't want to look like a whiny dude. Is it okay to post things like mob spawn location, wrong loot tables and little minor things like that? Perhaps I should compile a list versus opening a thousand threads?
