Default Local Server - Incorrect Version Error

I'm having a problem setting up a local server that I can't seem to fix. I've poured over the installed docs, the faq and these forums and still have a problem:

- My everquest is patched to the latest version as of 12-31-02.
- I have downloaded and installed 0.4.0.1 of EQEmu
- I have setup everything according to the readme.html, and created A valid user in the database.
- MiniLogin, World, and The Boot5Zones all seem to be started and working.

The problem is this: When I attempt to login, it says I have an incorrect version and that I need to patch (error 2002 if I remember correctly). BUT: I am able to login to the servers at eqlogin1.eqemu.net:5999 and play just fine!

So either They are running a different version of MiniLogin or World than I am, OR, I am still doing something wrong. I did read one post about someone who hex edited thier World.exe to return a different date/time stamp or somethingorother, but the zip of the file in that post exactly matched the 0.4.0.1 release file.

Any help would be greatly Appreciated.
