Default World Building ?

Hi everyone,

This is the first time i post here. I'm a new in the EqEmu world .. to be honest i'm quite new to the Everquest World :p.

I've Downloaded an old version of EqEmu few months ago (the 0.3.6). Everything works fine on my computer (installation, connection and playing). But as i want to understand the "World Building", i just log to my server (with Minilog).
As you can imagine, my world is .... EMPTY ! I use the magelo.item sql file to fill some tables in my Database. But i Dont understand the use of the Spawn tables. So now there is my (first ) questions :

- Is there an easy documentation on those tables ? (i search on the Forums but i cant find some ... may be i missed it ?)
- I saw a post with some GM command for spawing and making Waypoint for the mob (with #grid and #wp ), but i cant use them. Are they command only with the last version of EqEmu ?
- At last, How can i make some Scripting to populate some zone (Mob, NPC etc...) with interaction? Once again i saw some infos in the Forum with .cpp program but i dont understand if this is the only way for World Building

Thx for reading this long post, and for the futur answer
